We have a running joke in our family about "Johan the dog whisperer". He has a presence that dogs just are chill with. During the Seabrook job, the owners dogs were like this while Johan would go in and out to cut tile and get tools and such. The owners were amazed because they bark at everyone who doesn't live there on a daily basis.
