After all the remodeling, we had garage cleaning, getting the kitchen back in order, refurbish projects, fix it up projects all in the garage awaiting us. On was a wood dresser drawers for the girls that was missing a shelf and a few knobs.
Using the leftover wood and recycled wood, Johan made the missing bottom shelf. We purchased the knobs ready from Lowe's for like $2 a two pack. Using a light paint as a primer and then a darker color from the recycle bin the project turned out great and the girls have a new place to store their clothes.
A thrifty mixed family sharing learned experiences and thrifty ideas. Hoping to help others frugally with recycling, up cycling, reuse, re-purpose and more.
